Our approach

There’s no one size fits all with Salesforce so we approach every customer with a blank canvas and without pre-conceived ideas:

Discover

First up, we get to know how your organisation works, key members of the team and your objectives. At this stage we put the technology to one side. We use sophisticated tools to map out a digital blueprint of your organisation and the core processes in scope. This is a really important, but often overlooked, discipline that helps to i) pinpoint bottlenecks, ii) identify opportunities for process improvement and iii) align the technology to your processes and people.

Design

With a clear understanding of how you work and what you want to achieve we finalise your blueprint for success along with a detailed plan of action. At this stage we can normally advise on fixed costs and timescales according to the scope of your project. Once the design has been given the thumbs up, we can get busy building.

Build & Test

Salesforce is incredibly flexible so no one build is ever the same. We will have defined work items and phases of work during Design so none of this should come as any surprise. We hold periodic walk throughs with you to make sure we are staying on track and you are up-to-date with progress. We test at every stage of the build to ensure the solution is fit for purpose and bug free. Once the build is signed off, we can prepare to go-live.

Adopt & Go Live

Setting the right conditions for user adoption is baked into our approach and ensuring users are confident and competent with the technology is an important part of this. Just prior to go-live we will deliver tailored training sessions to ensure users understand how to use Salesforce in your organisation. Experience shows that generic Salesforce training just does not hit the mark.

Incubate

We are on hand to support you 5 days after go-live to make sure users are happy and everything goes according to plan. Beyond this, we can help you stay on track with ad hoc performance support or guide you in more of a strategic capacity to meet long-term digital goals and make the shift to self-sufficiency.
